Are you looking to master your car's handling? Then our
Summit Point Skid School
classes are for you!

Summit Point Skid School is our special quarter-day class (two hours per session) to focus on core fundamentals of vehicle handling and car control. The goal is to learn to recognize and recover from front tire skids (understeer) or rear tire skids (oversteer) by driving many laps around a 200 foot wet skidpad. Hopefully we can get you drifting all the way around the circle too! SPSSes are offered with a simple schedule and a relaxed pace. Show up, breeze through registration & tech inspection, attend a safety meeting/classroom, then go on and off the skidpad as you please for the rest of your session. You can drive your own car by yourself, your own car with in-car instruction, or one of our Crown Vics/Chargers with in-car instruction! Entries will be strictly capped so everyone gets a lot of seat time. Can you think of a better way to spend several hours sliding around?

7:30a – gates open
8:15 - drivers meeting #1
8:30-10:30 – skidpad session #1
10:30 - drivers meeting #2
10:45-12:45p – skidpad session #2
12:45-1:15 - LUNCH
1:15 - drivers meeting #3
1:30-3:30 – skidpad session #3
3:30 - drivers meeting #4
3:45-5:45 – skidpad session #4
6:30p - gates close

(please arrive 1 hour before your session's drivers meeting)

ENTRY FEES
Use your own car for one session without in-car instruction - $99 w/early discount, $129 week prior/at track
or
Use your own car for one session with in-car instruction - $149 w/early discount, $199 week prior/at track
or
Use our Crown Vics/Chargers for one session with in-car instruction - $199 w/early discount, $249 week prior/at track

[If you are a beginner/novice/intermediate motorsports participant, have never been on a skidpad before, and/or are not bringing a RWD car, using our car with in-car instruction is what you should choose!]
